Segmented turning Savoir-faire
Segmented turning consists of assembling different geometrically well-defined segments to obtain a compound structure which will then be worked on a wood lathe. This technique allows a certain saving of the material because the digging is less important than for traditional turning. It can also be a great source of creativity thanks to the unlimited number of combinations of shapes and essences. It is this technique in particular that was used for our Cylindrical vase or our BELL smoking room.
