UNIQUE PIECE – This piece comes from the Collection entitled 01 of the Atelier Darbroche. This tray is turned in sycamore from the Vosges forest, next to which the workshop is located. On the surface, the spaces worked with the gouge are not necessarily homogeneous, they compose with the nature of the fibers, let themselves be carried away by the accidents of the wood. Guillaume, creator of this piece, defines the texture "as a simulacrum of bark under the fingers, to find the sensation of the skin of the tree".
