UNIQUE PIECE – This board was designed by Japanese craftsman Uda Masashi. Made of chestnut, its handle has been naturally stained while its central surface has been left in the original shade of the wood. Designed with a flat side for cutting and a carved side for serving, it combines aesthetics and functionality. Its finish, carved with a knife and chisel and then protected with sesame oil, offers a pleasant touch.
