Peekaboo minibar BlackTable Studio

Carlos Meza is an architect by training and of Colombian origin now living in New York. In 2013, he founded Blacktable Studio, a design and manufacturing studio where he experiments with different modes of digital manufacturing using laser technology. cutters, 3D printers and CNC machines. He explores the relationship between objects and materials at different scales. Thus, the Peekaboo Minibar is inspired by the columns of classical architecture, whose elaborate structure in Baltic birch plywood and laminated ash veneer, articulates with poetry.
