The personal data likely to be collected are as follows:
- Transactions : these are the data that you provide when you make purchases, information relating to orders made and returns, such as your telephone number, your address, your e-mail address and information relating to your method of payment. This order data is transmitted to the various service providers who work to ensure that your package reaches your home: our logistician who prepares the package, the carrier who brings it to your home and the customs services in the event of delivery to the 'foreigner. They have absolutely no right to use your data for anything other than to process your order and must delete this data from their computer system after processing.
- Trades made with customer service when you contact us via laure@oros.design or by phone.
- Navigate : these are the data that we collect during your browsing on the site such as the date, the time of the connection and/or browsing, the type of browser, the language of the browser, your IP address, location data and geolocation . We use this data to understand how you use our site and to constantly improve it to best suit your needs.
