Prices and delivery conditions

Our orders are shipped from our office in Bastia (FR) and prepared from Monday to Friday.

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you are unable to complete your order online due to shipping restrictions, please contact us at contact@oros.design and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

Please note that delivery times apply to in-stock items only. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email. The standard processing time for all items is 1 to 4 business days and does not include the shipping times listed below. These times are approximate and do not take into account shipping delays. Delivery times may occasionally be exceeded if an item is considered oversized.

For France: (home, relay and withdrawal on site)

  • Furniture: between 1 and 2 weeks
  • Items: between 1 and 4 days
  • Pick up on site: between 1 and 4 days

Shipping costs for orders under €200: €6 in relay point, €10 in Colissimo, €25 in Express

Shipping costs for orders over €200: free at relay points and by Colissimo, €25 by Express

Make a payment

Payment for your order on our site can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal.

Exchanges and returns

You have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of an item purchased on the Site to exercise the return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an e-mail sent to the following address: contact@oros.design clearly specifying your order number, your name and delivery address.

If the return request is validated, we will then send you an explanatory email for the return procedure.

The Product must be returned within one week in its original packaging, in its original condition and accompanied by the delivery slip to the address indicated in the email explaining the return procedure.

Products must be returned using the original shipping method. OROS covers return shipping costs: a return label will be emailed to the Buyer upon receipt of their request. However, OROS recommends that the Buyer use registered mail or mail with additional insurance, guaranteeing compensation for the products up to their actual market value in case of loss or damage. For products that cannot be returned via standard mail due to their size, the return must also be made using the original shipping method. The Buyer is responsible for retaining proof of return.

In the event of an error attributable to OROS or the Seller (defective new item or order preparation error), OROS bears the cost of returning the item. The Purchaser must send the carrier's invoice to OROS to obtain compensation.

If the item is not returned by the Buyer within one week of receipt of the return authorization email, the return is considered canceled and the Buyer must keep the product.

The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum of fifteen (15) days of its receipt by OROS or the Seller. The refund does not include shipping costs. The refund amount will be credited to the Buyer's bank account via the payment method used for the order.

If the Purchaser fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, OROS cannot reimburse the Products concerned.

Personalized products will not be taken back or exchanged. Any customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also the responsibility of the customer.
